If you had to sum up the traditional flavours of Spanish cuisine then perhaps olive oil, wine, almonds and anis, combined with, of course, Serrano ham and cheese, would be the only words you would need. This new excursion takes us away from the international style of cooking found in all holiday resorts and out into the countryside where traditional cooking really comes into it's own.
Accompanied by a knowledgeable and interesting English guide, we travel to the depths of the olive oil region of Andalucia. In addition to the magnificent scenery, we stop at all of the places listed above and, most important of all, get a chance to taste absolutely everything. Even our light lunch, in a typical courtyard village house, is an opportunity to taste some very tradtional dishes and learn how they are prepared. This wonderful day finishes with a chance to taste all the different wines from Malaga's 3rd largest wine producer.
